Terms and Conditions

  • All rooms are non smoking, under the Smoke Free Environment Act 2000. A smoking surcharge may be applied if there is evidence of smoking or the room smells of smoke. The surcharge is the next nights double tariff for your room. This surcharge is at Managements Discretion.
  • Valid credit card details of the guest staying are required to confirm a booking. A 25% deposit will be charged at the time the reservation is made. This deposit will be processed on the credit card provided by the guest. Any theft / damages / smoking surcharges or cancellation fees will also be charged to this credit card. The remaining balance of 75% is to be paid upon arrival. The exception to this is over Christmas and Public Holiday weekends where a 50% NON REFUNDABLE deposit is required to confirm a booking.
  • All cancellations will have their 25% booking deposit, charged as a admin/processing fee. If the cancellation is made before 72 hours prior to arrival date. All cancellations are to be received via email.
  • Deposits may be transferred to another booking held by the same name, provided the cancellation occurs 72 hours prior to arrival. Each booking can only be transferred once. Please note: Over Christmas and Public Holiday weekends all deposits are NON TRANSFERRABLE.
  • Initial deposit payments of 25% can be made via Visa, Mastercard, American Express (AMEX incurs a 3.5% surcharge). The remaining 75% may be paid via Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Eftpos (no cash out), or cash.
  • Management gives early bookings the highest priority. If the need arises we reserve the right to relocate or change the room allocated.
  • Minimum 2 night stay on long weekend / public holidays, as well as over the Christmas holiday period.
  • BBQ area closes at 9pm. A BBQ terms and conditions form must be signed prior to use of the area.
  • Check in time is 2pm and check out time is 10am. Guests are to respect other guests staying, especially in regard to noise between 10pm and 7am
  • Photo Identification is required upon check in. At least one guest per room is to be over the age of 18 years. Guests under the age of 18 years old must be supervised by an adult at all times.
  • No pets or inflatable mattresses permitted on the premises.
  • Management reserves the right to cancel any booking if they determine that a guest has provided misleading or false information. The guests first nights accommodation tariff may be charged.
